Balmer Care Homes operates three care homes in Scotland and offers high quality residential nursing care. They pride themselves on the quality of care provided.

Brief

With the expansion into opening a third care home and the launch of their new brand identity, Balmer required a printed brochure showcasing their strengths to potential residents and their families.

Response

Anyone looking to place their parent into a care home needs to be totally reassured of the quality and love that they will receive from staff. What better way than to nestle the heart symbol into the initial letter. This route felt like a very natural concept. Allied to that we suggested the introduction of the 'PEOPLE CARE' strapline, which works on two different levels of meaning. Simple yet hopefully effective in setting the overall tone for the organisation.
